This was Olivia's first day to have pigtails, her hair is finally long enough!This day has been along time coming, both she and I have waited and waited. She has noticed other little girls hair for such a long time but hers was so slow to grow. But it's here now and she was extremely excited this morning. If you ever want to see a big grin on Olivia's face all you have to do is to tell her how long her hair is getting.
